Marovasa’s resident Chef Max will surprise you and your guests daily with truly delicious, fresh food, homemade breads, preserves, sorbets and more.
Food at Marovasa has a strong Madagascan influence, a reflection of the African, Arab and French peoples that have settled on the island. Meals are served in Belvedere, the open-air dining area, with open views of the Indian Ocean and tsingy rock formations. Should you prefer your meal on the beach to enjoy as a picnic or for pre-dinner sundowners, the staff are happy to oblige.
Marovasa is pleased to accommodate special dietary requirements, but due to its remote location, we ask that you notify us at least three weeks prior to your stay of any special needs or preferences.
